The Treetops condos complex in Nanuet was the first built of all the Hamlets condos, which was to accommodate expansion of Rockland County after construction of the Tappan Zee Bridge. This well maintained community is located moments away from the New York State Thruway (exit 14) as well as the Garden State Parkway and the Palisades Interstate Parkway (Exit 10- South Middletown Road to Smith Road into the Hamlets. How’s the market?

The most expensive Nanuet condo ever sold in Treetops sold for $417,900 in May 2006.  This was a 1,500 square foot townhouse in the Hamlets. Gorgeous and totally renovated with new kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, new cabinets, and Limestone backsplash. All 3 baths were updated, 2 baths were encased in Marble. This Rockland condo also had new Pergo floors in the living and dining rooms. It also featured an alarm system, fresh paint, skylights, custom treatments, upgraded light fixtures, and Clarkstown Schools. All in the lovely Hamlets of Rockland County NY.
