The Treetops condos complex in Nanuet was the first built of all the Hamlets condos, which was to accommodate expansion of Rockland County after construction of the Tappan Zee Bridge. Treetops consist of multi-level town houses ranging in size from 1,100 square feet to 1,500 square feet. These Rockland County condos feature large gourmet eat in kitchens with plenty of counter space and charming window- seat pass through to the dining room. Treetops amenities and HOA

The Treetops common charges are approximately $350 per month, or $700 for sections of the complex which include heat and water utilities in the monthly HOA fees.  The amenities include tennis courts, basketball courts, pool and a clubhouse with full kitchen and tot lot.

This well maintained community is located moments away from the New York State Thruway (exit 14) as well as the Garden State Parkway and the Palisades Interstate Parkway (Exit 10- South Middletown Road to Smith Road into the Hamlets. Once inside the Hamlets, The Treetops complex will be after Eagle Ridge.

The Treetops complex in the Hamlets of Nanuet is also one of Rockland County’s pet friendly condo complexes. On a sunny day in the Hamlets you can meet many pet owners jogging, walking and mingling with other residents and their pets. This is the perfect neighborhood to take stroll around the block or walk to the tennis courts and then cool off in the pool.

How’s the market?

The most expensive Nanuet condo ever sold in Treetops sold for $417,900 in May 2006.  This was a 1,500 square foot townhouse in the Hamlets. Gorgeous and totally renovated with new kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, new cabinets, and Limestone backsplash. All 3 baths were updated, 2 baths were encased in Marble. This Rockland condo also had new Pergo floors in the living and dining rooms. It also featured an alarm system, fresh paint, skylights, custom treatments, upgraded light fixtures, and Clarkstown Schools. All in the lovely Hamlets of Rockland County NY.
