How’s the market?

In 2011, home sales in Versailles ranged from $420,000 to 300,000. (The home that sold for $300,000 was a short sale.) The most expensive home ever sold in Versailles sold for 540,000 in June 2006. This was a mint condition end unit. Upgrades included 42″ honey maple kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and granite Center Island and a walk in pantry. This Versailles home had marble floor foyer & powder room with upgraded faucets, hunter Douglas window treatments, crown moldings & 9′ ceilings.
