Throughout 2011 prices in Timberline have become more afforadible for homeowners. Units can be purchased under 300,000. At the of this article, 2 active Short sale listings were being listed at 225,000 and 235,000 respectively. Not since 2001 has a unit in Timberline sold below 225,000! WOW! The most expensive unit ever sold in Timberline sold for $459,900 in September 2006. This was an end unit in turn key condition. This Rockland townhouse had two bedrooms, 2-1/2 bathrooms with a loft, security system and 2 car garage. This Hamlets home also skylights in the living room, a fireplace and sliding doors to a huge 30 foot deck. The master bedroom suite had a walk in closet and Jacuzzi in the bathroom.
